How it's delivered

Project-based, with clear payment terms

Post-construction cleaning is scoped as a fixed project against a defined area and handover date, typically staged as an advance payment, a payment after the main clean, and a final payment on sign-off.

Any work outside the agreed scope - extra floors, additional buildings, rework requests - is quoted as a variation before it's carried out.
